Connecting to others who share your lived experience is a powerful tool to accelerate healing, as a supplement to clinical support. Many forms of support groups are free, confidential, and accessible in-person or online.  The following groups are a few that I personally recommend.  

If you're not ready or able to pursue individual therapy at this time, consider checking out a support group.
